Kowloon Walled City (the band)
i've got heavily into these lot over the past couple of days.
Been aware of the name for a while as they are named after the real life walled city of Kowloon which was destroyed in the early 90s.
Very interesting place: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kowloon_Walled_City
anyways, the band are on a 90s Amphetamine Reptile sort of tip. Reminds me of Unsane, Neurosis and bit of Floor and Melvins too.
Check em out, you can download both their records off their website for free.

I'm just glad that they didn't call themselves Kowloon City Wall or something.... whoever they are.

I listened to both albums on Spotify last night. They're both good and I'm into it. The first one is heavier.
