HOLY SHIT! - (Ramallah related)!!!

Won't mean much to most of you here - but I just found out that Ramallah are playing damn near right in my backyard on Sept. 7th (Lexington KY) - the place they are playing used to actually be an old church - the stage is actually the pulpit! :D

Tiny little place - almost impossible for me to believe one of my favorite bands ever are playing damn near right in my backyard. I was bummed when they didn't end up playing the Fairdale KY. gig a couple of weeks ago, but maybe this is the reason why (as this isn't listed on the Thorp tour section - but it's listed on the other bands sites as well as the Trustkill shows site).

Hopefully the Munkster won't OD before the 7th gets here.........

I have ALWAYS wanted to buy an old church and make a venue out of it. Glad someone else has done it. Gotta be a GREAT place lol. Take pictures, I wanna see Ramallah rippin up the "pulpit" in front of staind glass images of Jesus on the cross and the virgin mary.

I saw a show at a church once. One of the bands threw their microphones over a chandelier that was there. apparantly it was some sort of holy thing and they weren't supposed to do that.

wont surprise me if they don't drop off of this one as well - that's how my luck goes. Not sure if it's their doings or not, but they don't seem to be the most reliable band out there when it comes to live gigs, it seems like I'm always hearing someone bummed cuz they didn't play or something :D
