Thermogenics

So I've tried to be more active, I eat really well but I'm still having a bit of trouble keeping off the extra desk job weight (when I say extra, I recon i'm about 20 - 25 pounds over weight).

I've just added Hyrdroxycut (ephedrine free) to my routine.

Has anyone had any positive/negative results from this thermogenic supliment?

I am 6'4" and weigh 225 pounds, size 38 waist. Goal is to get back to 200 and a comfy 36" waist.

This weight gain has come on over the last 2.5 years since quitting smoking.

Keeping up with the diet and exercise is key, if thats not on point a fat burner won't help. I have a friend who uses hydroxycut and likes it. I personally don't like strong stimulants, but prefer green tea and fish oil. I am a big fan of Universal Nutritions products and have heard good things about their fat burner, Animal Cuts.

Here is some feedback and a few training logs for you to check out.

I discontinued use of the product. I was feeling really really jittery and where I don't have a tonne of weight to shed i'm going to stick with good old fashion diet and exercise.

My hubby used it and lost 60 pounds, and has kept it off for about 18 months.

I'm hyper sensitive to stimulants so I can't go near anything like that. Which SUCKS because I could stand to lose about 60 pounds too.

I already have thyroid problems and take a large dose of Synthroid everyday. There was no warning on the box against thyroid meds and HC but after reading up online I found a few articles stating that it's a bad combo.

Just out of curiosity, how long did it take him to loose the weight? Was he excersising.
