Need a new workout

Ok, so i am back in the gym doing mostly cardio, but need to keep up on lifting weights, my problem is I am sick of doing the same workouts. Can anyone suggest a good 4 or 5 day a week program. I plan on doing cardio everyday and have that part figured out.

Goal is build muscle and lose fat.

Well I've got a feeling I'm gonna get mine in. Retribution let the games begin.

I hear steroids can help.

Living a life kept shut by a dream,
I'm reaching out to grasp my reality.
Hands of time wrap tight around my neck, and hit me so hard,
leaving me eyes black.
staring at a ceiling,
wondering why i never left,
penning words in a notebook,
wondering why haven't slept.
sanity is tapping in a cell
inside my fucking head.
begging for redemption
after hearing what was said.
the nights, they will not sleep
cause the days, have played for keeps.

Take a look at CrossFit...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CrossFit
www.crossfit.com

They have workouts of the day (WOD) posted on their main site and affiliate gyms through out the country (Raleigh and Durham included). The workouts are pretty serious and will give you a total and efficient workout if thats what your looking for.

However the memberships are quite expensive (100/month) but worthwhile if you are going to go 5 times a week.

I've been doing conditioning with kettlebells lately

10 one arm swings r, l (right and left)
One-minute of jump roping
10 one arm snatches r,l
one-minute of jump roping
10 two-arm swing
one-minute of jump roping
10 one-arm clean and jerk
one minute of jump roping
10 one arm swings r,l

In the beginning take one-minute breaks after each set. A set in this program equals one minute of jump roping followed immediately by a set of a ballistic kettlebell exercise.

This link will take you to a free e book with alot of good info..

boxing believe it or not i really firmly believe has given me a pretty decent amount of size

i lost like 50 pounds when i got celiacs, and i honest to god believe that boxing is pretty much solely responsible for putting like 25 of it back on (im still down quite a bit though)

i was doing free weights and elliptical (very lightly) for cardio and it seemed like nothing was changing, but as soon as i started boxing....bam! size started coming back

i know that doesnt make a whole lot of sense, but it is what it is
